- Free sew time every 2d and 4th Monday for January, February and March. - Free sew time generally every 2d and 4th Monday ( see exceptions below) for April, May, June. You will have the use of the classroom, design walls from 10-5 pm on those Mondays. You have until July 1 to finish. The classroom is available this quarter. In May PIGS is on the 1st and 5th Monday. Apr 10 & 24, May 1 and 22, Jun 12 & 26.

- Cindy - This is a fun item to make as a small storage bin or make a larger size for a stuffed animal container or children’s toys. Make one to match a quilt in the room. Wed, May 3, 1-4:30; $26

- Louise - This new pattern has fun colors and Louise will use the Square in a Square technique to make it without cutting triangles. If your ruler is gathering dust, then bring it to class and make this quilt top. Traditional block, modern technique. Fri, May 5, 10-3:30 and Fri, Jun 30, 9-11:30; $55

- Mary - This is a second class for those who have already started Ode to Asia. Y seams and sewing blocks together. Sat, May 6, 9-12; $20

- Julee - This is a large fun tote with circular handles. Easy. Great way to showcase fabrics. Our large oriental prints like Kokka and Echino look great with this. Wed, May 10, 1-5; $30

- Louise - This can be a triptych wall hanging or three separate table runners. Coordinate your colors and prints to make three stunning hangings. Beginner friendly. Fri, May 12, 10-4; $45

- Julee - This Laurie Shifrin pattern first arrived as a wall hanging but the new grey textured fabrics from Jason Yenter promoted a bed size quilt pattern. If you buy the original, you get the larger size free. You need to have both patterns. Modern, clean lines, impressive look. Very masculine.  Mon., May 15, 10-2; second class will be set by students $49

Nicole Looking for something different? This class is part technique and part design. Make a “leafy” landscape with lots of trees, using several different techniques. Learn about creating depth, using foreground, middle ground, background, and lovely texture. This is a good class for the beginner or more advanced quilter alike. Tues, May 16, 10-3, $38

- Mary - This simple quilt goes together fast. Good for a graduation gift, a quick throw or a community service quilt. Fat quarter friendly, use your stash or start fresh. Fast cutting and sewing. Wed, May 17, 1-4:30; $26

- Carolyn and Mary - If you are taking the collage class take this class or the Sunday class to get started on cutting your flowers, discussions of scissors fusibles, background. Free but you need to sign up so we have a count. Thurs, May 18, 9-10; Free

- Nicole - This large fusible pattern makes the quilt go faster and you have time to play with the color location. Make it modern, Asian or whatever. Easy, beginner friendly. Fri, May 19, 10-4; $45

- Louise - Make this small purse or cell phone case with your favorite fabrics and zippers. 5 seams and you are done. Great gift idea for your friends and family. Sat, May 20, 1:00-3:00; $16

- Cindy - Learn to use the new two color binding tool by working on your own quilt and having a different color for front and back. Fri, May 26, 10-1; $23

- Deb - This Alisson Glass quilt is a challenge for your color sense in light and dark values as well as placement. Great fun to use wonderful fabrics. Tues, May 30, 11-4 and Jun 22, 10-1; $65
