Filled with beautiful wool applique and other projects from quilts to pillows, market bags to table toppers and much, much more. With each piece, they show what inspired its creation. Techniques include quilting, applique, cross stitch, embroidery, wool felting, collage, flower pressing, and french knitting (spool knitting). The book is also part journal. It displays pictures of their travels with their notes of the days; even where their favorite antique shop can be found. If you like to dabble in paper crafting, they have included several projects using colorful pages of antique letters and hand painted menus they picked up along the way. Use these pages to create paper weights, mini flower presses, pendant necklaces and more.
